As At.Net we assist our clients in the management of Property and this covers operation, monitoring, control, performing oversight of real estate and accountability given for its useful life and condition. We also assist with Asset Management by defining a systematic process of developing, operating, maintaining, upgrading, and disposing of assets cost-effectively.
To ensure government can deliver social infrastructure, provide to notch office accommodation and to maintain their assets we assist with the following:
- Immovable Asset Register: Compile and maintain a Complete, Accurate and Valued Immovable Asset Register (IAR) in compliance with all guidelines (Treasury and GIAMA Minimum Requirements. Manage portfolio of state owned, leased in, leased out properties and act as implementing agent for capital and refurbishment projects.
- Conditional Assessments: Undertake physical verification and condition assessments of all assets to ensure effective budget planning, asset utilisation and provide linkage to maintenance system.
- Ownership Confirmation and Rectification: Conduct research and investigations in order to confirm ownership or custodianship of state land. Recommendation of accurate ownership registration thereby avoiding land being with the wrong tier of Government or double accounting.
- Policies and Procedures: Compilation of relevant policies, guidelines, norms and standards for effective Asset Management. We also develop processes and procedures that support the GIAM unit in managing the immovable assets throughout their entire lifecycle in an effective and economic manner
- Asset Management Plans: Support the departments in developing User and Custodian Asset Management Plans in terms of relevant legislature. This results in improved property management and utilisation of state assets.
- Systems: We provide the means to create, effectively manage and maintain physical assets and track their current values. This we achieve through utilisation of our various systems like ARMWEB and ARCHIBUS.
